"For those who feel lonely" by @smxne 🫂 We'll never get over just how powerful art can be, especially when it bridges the gap of connection for so many people around the world. This was a video that truly resonated with us at APCC. So raw, real and relatable for not just creatives, but for everyone who feels disconnected from others, despite existing in a crowded world. Everything from the messaging to the storytelling, the cinematography and the tones was well-thought out and executed. 👏

“Skate photography” by @lcsamson_ 🛹 We love to see how art takes on meaning in different forms of expression or hobbies. These shots don't just capture someone skating, but rather the moments leading up to finally landing a trick. The challenge, the focus, the environment of the skater— all of these tell a story without words. 🤯

Not all of us have the will to hike to the highest mountain peaks, but witnessing it from your standpoint has truly shown how the world stretches beyond what we can see. Blown away time and time again with all of your work. This week's winners have really made us here at APCC feel things and we like to think that's the whole point of making art, right?
