Keeping things fresh on "outdated" trends
These creators know how to stand out!

When it comes to the wave of trends on social media, how does one manage to stand out by working through something that's been done over and over again? 🤔
For us, we like to look at the details—something these creators have done very well. 👏Whether it's focusing on stillness in videos, or experimenting with new transitions, it just goes to show: there's always a fresh take, you just have to find it. 👀 🔎

"Dog Tag" by @mhv777 🐾 What a sick short film! This was such a dope video to watch and even though it took $0 to film, looks like a fully produced shoot.🤯 From the video angles to the transitions to the concept, this was an all around banger watch.💥 I could see brands and companies trying to emulate this kind of style in commercials.

“Texas” by @ginomillionaire🤩 This feels like a modern yet nostalgic Wes Anderson film. 😮💨 Great use of color grading and motion blur in this set! 🎨

Dallas, TX📍by @cb8365 We love the use of juxtaposition in the stillness vs. movement in these video postcards.📷 It feels like a moving picture in the best way. 🤝

We're almost halfway through 2025 but we're keeping the creativity pushing! 🧑🎨💪 Don’t forget to show us what you're working on so we can highlight you next time on APCC. That's it for this week y'all, see you in the next one! ✌️
I believe in utilizing my platform to feature creatives on a global scale. Through the formation of APCC I hope to bring more exposure to creators, encourage others to tap into their talents, and let their art speak for them. So in honor of our newest APCC milestone, we’ve decided to turn the Creator Spotlight section into its own newsletter edition! 🥳
As always, there will be one film, one photograph, and one video postcard selected for the bi-weekly Spotlight. You can submit your own works through the Discord community server here.
