As a full time creator I’ve realized doing nothing is still part of the work. The quiet days, the lazy mornings, the times I’m just sitting there, head empty, that’s usually when the best ideas show up.💡
Stepping away is what keeps me going. 😌

Schedule nothing – Block out time with zero agenda. No shoots, no edits, no emails. Just space to exist without pressure. You’d be surprised how fast your mind resets when it’s not chasing a deadline. 💆♂️
Do something for fun – Pick a hobby that has nothing to do with creating. Play a game, cook, garden, go for a drive. When your brain isn’t stuck in “output mode,” it quietly starts coming up with new ideas on its own. 🪴
Come back recharged – After real rest, you see things differently. That same project that felt impossible suddenly feels exciting again. Space brings clarity, and clarity brings better ideas. ⚡️

Question of the Week:
Do you only use your sony camera? I was gifted a Canon EOS 80D camera to help with my content creation and am pretty clueless as to how I can take advantage of it? Seems like a really nice piece of equipment, but what are some of the perks, usages and advantages to use it for? Are there some Sony qualities that you use which are translatable to what I have? Appreciate you!!

I don’t only use my Sony. I use whatever camera fits the job best. It’s just a tool. Sometimes that’s my Sony, sometimes it’s my phone, sometimes it’s something else, whatever’s most convenient for the moment.
As for your Canon 80D, it’s a solid camera. But at the end of the day, every camera does the same thing, captures images through ISO, shutter, and aperture. Once you understand how those three work together, the brand stops mattering. If you can master that balance, you’ll make great stuff on any camera. There are tons of videos out there that explain it clearly, and once it clicks, you’ll realize it’s less about what you shoot on and more about how you see things. Framing, telling a story, sound, so many things that make the camera less important than people make it

That's it for this week and I hope it helps! Remember, when you're building for consistency, you've gotta set up a system that works for the long game.⏱ Thanks again for being part of APCC, I'll catch you next time.✌️
