YOUR BRAIN VS. YOURSELF 🧠 There goes my brain again talking crazy – A story about imposter syndrome. It really just be me vs. me up there. Not sure if it ever goes away, but we all sure do know how to act like it doesn’t exist huh. How do y’all cope? Are y’all over it? Or are we all just like this 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’m a BIG advocate for time blocking and have found that it works the best for me. I set a certain amount of time to complete a specific task and it’s only within that time frame that I’ll work on that task. It’s structured but not rigid.
