Updated Mid-September Creator Spotlight

What's Keeping Me Inspired

When I was coming up, it was extremely difficult to get my art into spaces and seen by others because the community was often gate-kept for those who have already seen success.

Which is why APCC prides itself on its Creator Spotlight -

to highlight artists just like you who deserve to have their great art seen by others all around the world 🌎

These are some submissions that have inspired me lately.

“Momentum” by Raphael 🏙️

Big congrats on debuting this film man, that is freaking awesome. And I love to see people from the Philippines going after their artistic dreams!

This was a dope film submission for a lot of reasons: The messaging about the realities of entrepreneurship is extremely forthcoming, it felt like an extremely well-produced and directed documentary and I loved that you had dynamic static and moving shots in well-timed areas of your film. Keep at it, this was dope.

Watch the film on YouTube here or drop your feedback about this submission in the Discord thread here.

“the homies” by @cheekytotts 🌴

I really loved the use of lighting to incite feeling in this photo. If you know me, you know I'm a big believer in using lighting to really capture emotion even in portrait photography so this was dope to see how you used an overhead light for that grungy feel.

Check out this photograph submission in the Discord thread here and let @cheekytotts know what you think!

I want to see the world from your lens! 🎥

Submit your version of the video postcards in the Discord for a chance to get featured on the next Creator Spotlight.

Adrian believes in utilizing his platform to feature creatives on a global scale. Through the formation of APCC he hopes to bring more exposure to creators, encourage others to tap into their talents, and let their art speak for them. So in honor of our newest APCC milestone, we’ve decided to turn the Creator Spotlight section into its own newsletter edition! 🥳

As always, there will be one film, one photograph, and one video postcard selected for the bi-weekly Spotlight. You can submit your own works through the Discord community server here.
